Responsibilities :
- Participates in the development of patient care plans, individualized to and appropriate for the patients' needs, per Hospital protocol.
- Performs patient care as detailed in the individual's care plan.
- Participates in age-appropriate patient education and training as per Hospital protocol.
- Participates in the pain assessment process, as per Hospital protocol.
- Is aware of and promotes alternatives to restraint usage and follows Hospital protocol in the usage and monitoring of patient restraints.

Qualifications : Must have current BLS CPR upon hire! Must have or be willing to get Flu vaccine. Education : High school graduate or equivalent. STNA preferred Experience : 1-3 years of Hospital experience or Nursing Home experience preferred Other : Ability to accurately perform assigned patient care duties under the direction of the RN; effective communication skills; able to adapt to new situations. Basic Life Support Certification.
