Grace Reliant's growing Creative Services team is looking to invite a full-time video editor to help capture the essence of Grace Reliant Health Services. We exist to help people live more complete and independent lives. Through our many services we provide care, support, and mentorship to elderly and disabled residents in Missouri.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling story driven, visual and audio content, supporting our brand's storytelling through dynamic videos, polished audio, and engaging graphic elements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, with additional skills in audio editing and graphic design to enhance multimedia projects.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our brand’s style and objectives.
- Enhance audio quality, synchronize sound, and incorporate background music, voiceovers, and sound effects as needed.
- Develop and incorporate graphic elements, such as titles, animations, and visual effects, to enrich video content and ensure cohesiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, plan, and produce multimedia content for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations, etc.).
- Manage the technical aspects of video production, including format selection, compression, encoding, and final output for multiple platforms.
- Adjust color grading, lighting, and other visual elements to achieve a polished look.
- Stay updated on industry trends and video production software advancements to improve content quality and workflow efficiency.
- Organize and manage multimedia assets, maintaining a clear, accessible media library for the team.
Qualifications:
- Passion for storytelling and ability to tell story through video.
- Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing high-quality video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of audio editing tools like Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or Audacity.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects.
- Understanding of color correction, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing top-notch multimedia content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video specifications.
- Basic knowledge of web design or other multimedia applications.
