Your Role
As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines team, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our sophisticated clientele. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and provide top-notch client service will drive your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to clients as their primary liaison with insurance carriers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service to new and existing clients.
- Stay current with industry standards and trends to best serve our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AMS360 is a plus.
Qualifications
- Florida Property & Casualty 2-20 license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within Commercial Lines.

- Hybrid: Split time between remote work and our Delray Beach office.
