What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pastry Assistant position at Gracious Bakery + Cafe?
Seeking a qualified, dedicated pastry candidate to grow with us. Must be passionate about learning the foundation of pastry work, in which from-scratch croissants, sweet doughs, muffins, quickbreads, scones and other pastry basics will be made by hand in a production kitchen. Early mornings (3:30am) can be part of the job and being a pastry chef. If you invest in us, we will invest in you. Please, no job hoppers.
