Grade Potential Tutoring is seeking a few more team members for our full time Manager of Client Services (Inside Sales) position. This is a work from home/remote position.
We have a few different shifts/starting times available. Each shift is Monday through Friday for 8 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch.
We are offering a base salary of $31,200 per year PLUS Monthly Commissions (expected earnings for a Manager of Client Services are $50,000-$60,000 per year), health, vision, and dental insurance, and 3-6 weeks of paid time off. Outstanding Team Members can be promoted to "Senior Manager of Client Services" where earning potential is significantly greater.
The Manager of Client Services is responsible for talking with prospective clients who call in to learn about our services, educate them on our process, and then SIGN THEM UP! This is an inside sales job, but there is ZERO COLD CALLING! All prospects call in to our office to learn more, or submit online requests for us to call them back.
We are very fast paced and so applicants must feel comfortable in an environment with a lot going on! An upbeat and positive attitude is a must! We are a fun and upbeat Team with a positive attitude and we are REALLY busy!!
