You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities using social listening tools.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand voice.
- Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in public relations efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and photography.
- Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other applications within the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on community engagement.
- Ability to perform social listening to gauge audience sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of branding principles and public relations practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work including proofreading.
