Graham Technologies seeks an Electrical Engineer to oversee projects at MCBH-Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii-related to electrical distribution systems, including low- to high-voltage systems, for MILCON (Military Construction), FSRM (Facilities Sustainment, Repair, and Modernization), and other engineering projects.

Responsibilities
- Project Review and Assessment:
- Review plans, designs, and specifications prepared by licensed professional engineers.
- Assess Design Charrette deliverables, including Functional Analysis Concept Development (FACD) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) for various projects.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Review plans, designs, and specifications prepared by licensed professional engineers.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project issue logs, comment lists, and track RFIs throughout project phases.
- Generate analyses, reports, and briefings to inform stakeholders, enable decisions, and maintain project momentum.
- US Citizen able to pass a DOD background test
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer or similar engineering
- Professional Engineering License.
- Working knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps policies related to facilities planning and engineering projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with facilities planning and programming.
- Experience managing MILCON projects and special projects of varying scales.
- Familiarity with Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) and Army Corps of Engineers processes.
- Ability to develop professional-level correspondence and manage programs effectively.
