While you may not know us directly, you almost certainly know our products. We have supplied food ingredients to many of the world's largest food companies for over 37 years. Who We Are Looking For :
Our flagship United States mill located in St. Ansgar Iowa is looking for candidates wanting to make a change in their career in a variety of different areas. We offer positions ranging from primarily operating a forklift, running automated packaging lines, to running state of the art milling equipment at one of the most technologically advanced oat mills in North America.
Most of our positions start out on a 4 on 4 off schedule, meaning you only work roughly half the year, averaging 3.5 days per week. Wage reviews are done twice per year your first 4 years of employment. After 4 years, you move to annual reviews with a yearly bonus based on individual performance and company performance.
