Position Information:
Department: Human Services
Located in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO
37.5 hours per week/ 1950 per year.

Pay range: $53,479.32- $80,892.27 annual (hiring rate DOQE)
Position Duties:
This position is responsible for managing and directing the work of Social Services Economic Security Technicians, Case Managers and Support Staff for the department and managing the Self-Sufficiency Unit staff of Grand and Jackson counties.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university with major coursework in social services, human services or a related field; and five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years of related supervisory or leadership experience and/or training and three (3) years of experience determining eligibility for public assistance programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual proficiency, both written and verbal, in Spanish and experience working with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), preferred.
