Candidate will maintain building and equipment including trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry and kitchen equipment. License or certification. 3 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Able to lift, pull and push moderate weight
Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift
Must be able to provide full availability
