Position Summary:

The QEP/IRA Manger ensures our renewable energy construction projects adhere to regulatory, legal, and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly motivated. The manager will be involved with labor and wage regulations and compliance of these regulations. This is an on-site position with opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integrity Management:

• Conduct integrity assessments, including inline inspections, hydrostatic testing, and direct

assessment, to identify threats and vulnerabilities to pipeline assets.

• Actively participate, plan, and/or execute clients’ integrity management programs to assess,

monitor, and mitigate risks to client assets.

2. Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Work with Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, including scope execution,

schedule, budget, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and regulatory

compliance, to ensure alignment with project objectives.

3. Construction and Maintenance

• Oversee the execution of construction and maintenance activities related to pipeline integrity

- including but not limited to: inspection, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation projects.

• Provide leadership and direction to construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring

compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Complete and submit all required project-related documentation to Project Manager and/or

relevant company stakeholders.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure work being done complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards

related to pipeline integrity, including PHMSA regulations, API standards, and company

policies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of related activities, including inspection

reports, maintenance records, and regulatory filings.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal departments,

regulatory agencies, landowners, and community members, regarding integrity-related

projects

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in pipeline integrity management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of integrity assessment techniques, including inline inspection tools,

hydrostatic testing, and direct assessment methods.

• Experience with project management principles and practices, including project planning,

scheduling, and budgeting.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to pipeline integrity,

including PHMSA regulations and API standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with

stakeholders at all levels

Physical Requirements:

• Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting. The role may require occasional travel.
• Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 72 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Houma, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
