Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Grand Itasca completed construction of a new clinic and hospital facility that opened in December 2005.
POSITION: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1.00 FTE
WORK SCHEDULE: Days, Evenings, Weekends
DEPARTMENT: Medical Staff
PRACTICE DETAILS
Level III Trauma Center averaging 16,000 visits per year
24-hour physician emergency services
Highly trained, expert emergency nursing staff
Advanced diagnostic services including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
Transport for critical patient via ground or helicopter transport if necessary
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
12 hour shifts each month from 11am to 11 pm

Grand Rapids is three hours from Minneapolis and 90 minutes from Duluth.
