Duties/Responsibilities:
As a Membership Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting members through multiple channels, including phone, email, text, web chat, in-person, and behind-the-scenes. This involves answering inquiries, fulfilling special requests, and addressing concerns.
- Planning and attending all membership events and experiences.
- Educating members on the benefits featured within their membership.
- Creating a touchpoint plan for the membership services team to ensure that every member receives top-notch customer service.
- Developing strategies and processes aimed at increasing member retention and generating referral business.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of success.
- Possesses excellent listening and communication skills.
- Service-oriented and capable of resolving customer grievances.
- Demonstrates strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Possesses proficient computer skills and demonstrates the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Has the ability and creativity to design and execute new initiatives and campaigns.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years working in a customer service role preferred.

Salary : $45,100 - $57,100
