- Responsible for following all safety and production procedures. Works with area managers and other leads to:
- Perform production tasks assigned according to standard operating procedures.
- Finish all assigned tasks for the day as assigned by the Production Manager.
- Ensure the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
- Notify the Production Manager, Lead, or Maintenance regarding any problems concerning equipment or materials.
- Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions when necessary.
- Some of the jobs performed could include but are not limited to: Saw Hand, Connector Cell, Grinding, Bumping, Tube Cutting, and End Forming.
- Must be willing to work in a team setting to achieve ALL production goals for the day.
Experience:
- 2 years experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
- Multi-task in fast pace environment.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must stand for long periods of time.
