This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sparks, NV, for a Spa Host. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness in the spa areas, and ensuring all amenities are fully stocked and operational. The Spa Host will guide guests to their appointments, handle reservations and inquiries, and promote spa services and products. This role requires a commitment to creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and effectively assist with inquiries.
- Experience in Food & Beverage service to ensure guests have access to refreshments and can enjoy a seamless spa experience.
- Ability to offer Sales support by promoting spa services, memberships, and retail products effectively.
- Willingness and aptitude for Training to ensure consistent service standards and knowledge of spa procedures.
- Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous hospitality or spa experience is a plus.
