What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Aide position at GrandeVille Senior Living Community?
GrandeVille Assisted Living is seeking Full Time Resident Care Aides for the DAY SHIFT (7am-3pm), the EVENING SHIFT (3:00pm-11:00pm) and the NIGHT SHIFT (11:00pm-7:00am). These positions have an every other weekend requirement and some holidays. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with the elderly and Memory Care residents. We are seeking dependable, reliable employees who want to be part of our team. We offer a shift differential on the evening shift and for all weekend shifts. Mandation does apply. Reliable transportation is a must!!

Duties:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Document resident care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - At least 1 year of experience in a direct support or home care role preferred
