The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent.
Work hours are from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for checking guests in and out.
- Will answer any guest questions.
- Will address any guest concerns.
- Will make sure that all guest billing is accurate.
- Will work to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay and will advise them of all amenities the hotel has to offer.
Job Requirements:
This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, “energy-giving" attitude.
- Hotel Front Desk experience.
- Should be customer service oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.
- Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills.
- Must be able to work weekends.
