What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel?

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently seeking an outgoing, professional, and energetic Front Desk Agent.

Work hours are from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for checking guests in and out.
  • Will answer any guest questions.
  • Will address any guest concerns.
  • Will make sure that all guest billing is accurate.
  • Will work to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay and will advise them of all amenities the hotel has to offer.

Job Requirements:

This position is responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work easily in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an optimistic, “energy-giving" attitude.

  • Hotel Front Desk experience.
  • Should be customer service oriented.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Friendly demeanor with guests and coworkers.
  • Excellent cash handling, phone, and computer skills.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
