Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate manages the needs of our clients on a day-to-day basis. Account management, customer communication, customer education, showroom management teaming, handling customer warehouse material selection visits, job estimating, and job coordination are the main functions of the Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate. Excellent inter-department communication and coordination is very important to the success of the role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain knowledge of Granex Industries products and services to ensure reliable customer communication and interaction.
- Generate quotes for fabricated stone projects based upon layouts and/or drawings as submitted.
- Practice all necessary functions for successful account management.
- Follow up on proposals via phone and email.
- Coordinate jobs from start to finish.
- Perform various office support tasks as needed including, but not limited to, answering incoming calls and handling customer visits.
- Assist in other work areas as needed and directed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
