What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Granite Air Center?
Assists customers with services such as fuel, catering, hangar requests, accommodations, & ground transportation. Other responsibilities include answering questions & resolving customer issues, complying w/ ramp, safety, & security procedures, invoicing & accepting payments, communicating via phone, fax, face-to-face, e-mail, and air-to-ground radio, and maintaining the appearance of passenger & pilot lounge areas.
Position involves standing/walking 85% of the time. Friendly rapport, sincere interest in helping customers, ability to prioritize tasks & balance competing needs in a calm, efficient manner required. Basic computer & math skills, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license required. Interest in aviation & good sense of humor a plus. Must be able to pass FAA compliant background check.
