Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services as well as play a crucial role in growing our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working with clients to assess their project needs and preferences.
- Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to clients.
- Preparing estimates.
- Closing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborating with installation team to ensure a seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members involved in the project.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, follow up on new and old inquiries/leads.
- Communicate with vendors.
- Manage the workflow of the installation process.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Other basic office duties.
The ideal candidate must have:
- At a minimum a high school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience in an office setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mathematical skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, surface areas.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Friendly personality and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer interactions.

Schedule: The potential candidate has to be available for work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am- 4:30pm, and every other Saturday from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
