Rochester is our first location with a completely interactive teller experience - three BOLD ITMs. Our branch employees can BE IN THE MOMENT to build deeper connections with our membership. The lobby is a space to engage and connect with members, provide transactional guidance, and uncover member needs. Each office is where the final details of the interaction take place. Pay:
Starting at $18.00/hr (depending on banking experience)
Expected Job Duties
- All aspects of Member Service to include effectively offering all GSCU products and services to existing and potential members and the ability to identify and act upon sales opportunities.
- Identify member needs and offer solutions that deepen the financial relationship with Granite State Credit Union.
- Greet and welcome members upon building entry to initiate the member experience process.
- Provide member support during Interactive Teller Machine sessions within the lobby.
- Assist the team in reaching branch goals and increasing business in the branch. This includes facilitating team challenges and competitions.
- Accept consumer and real estate loan applications, prepare loan documents, and handle member loan closings. Actively seek and obtain loan steals.
- Research and resolve member account questions and issues.
- Process teller related transactions as needed.
- Assist the team in community outreach initiatives including local business visits, good neighbor events, and networking during and after hours.
- Provide coverage to other branches as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
