GraniteLeaf Cannabis has an immediate, full-time position for a Dispensary Technician willing to provide the standard of excellence to grow with us and assist our patients. This position is based in Chichester, NH.

This is a Full-Time position, and your schedule would vary, working Monday through Sunday with the ability to work mornings/afternoon/early evenings. You must have availability to work any of these hours.
General Summary:
· Responsible for allowing qualified patients, visitors and caregivers into the Dispensary and checking them in according to policy.
· Responsible for serving patients and registered caregivers who visit the Dispensary to obtain therapeutic cannabis.
· Ability to engage customers promptly with eye contact and a smile.
· Take initiative to learn existing and new products.
· Learn the potential of our products and become comfortable providing customers recommendations.
· Use knowledge of Dispensary merchandise and therapeutic cannabis products and strains to recommend products to patients, methods of consumption, suggested dosage amounts, health effects and conduct sales transactions, consistent with regulated limits.
· Provide addiction prevention information, and information about Federal and state laws relating to cannabis.
· Responsible for providing outreach and education to medical providers, patients, and other interested parties as directed by management.
· Determine customers’ needs and answers questions.
· Work successfully as a team member.
· Enter and validate patient orders and patient information with accuracy into our POS system (Biotrack).
· Finalize patient sales with accurate daily cash and debit handling procedures.
· Complete all patient interactions with professionalism and accuracy, whether it is in person or over the telephone. This includes answering various questions and/or providing information.
· Resolve patient problems or issues in a courteous manner with the ability to diffuse a stressful situation and make appropriate decisions
· Comply and follow all standard operating procedures and State regulations as well as adhering to patient confidentiality (HIPAA) laws and Company policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
- Must have regular and on-time attendance, able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holiday shifts, including overtime as needed and approved).

Education and Experience:
- High School education or GED.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to Stand for Long Periods.
- Manual Dexterity.
- Continuous mobility through the dispensary daily including but not limited to reaching, crouching, and bending.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.

Minimum Compensation for this position is $17.00 an hour.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
