Outside Sales Representative – Home Remodeling Pro
This is a full-time, W-2 sales position with unlimited potential. You’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver powerful in-home presentations, and close high-value deals on roofing, windows, siding, and more. With no commission cap, top performers are earning well over $200,000 per year!
Compensation:
- $90,000 – $225,000/year potential
- Average first-year earnings: $100,000 – $150,000
- Bi-Weekly pay commission performance bonuses
- $1,000–$3,000 commission per sale (no cap!)
What You’ll Do:
- Present solutions to homeowners that protect, enhance, and add value to their homes
- Visit scheduled appointments (no cold calling!)
- Educate customers on product benefits and financing options
- Close sales with confidence and clarity
- Build lasting customer relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business
- Participate in ongoing paid training to sharpen your edge and boost your career

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
- A go-getter attitude and self-motivation to win
- Sales experience and/or home improvement knowledge is a plus, but not required — we train you!
