We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Global Sales Team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and collaborating with marketing, partners, and finance to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

A successful BDR thrives with a proactive, persistent, and results-focused mentality. Key responsibilities include qualifying marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), booking meetings, and generating new prospects through inbound and outbound efforts. Collaboration and teamwork will be essential to executing effective lead-generation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound /Outbound Model
    • Inbound: managing and processing MQLs
    • Outbound: prospecting for new business
    • Booking meeting for Account Executive team
  • Determine if lead is a good fit through BANT.
  • Ensure healthy weekly activities, calls, lead follow ups
  • Work closely with sales and marketing. Provide valuable feedback about the effectiveness of marketing materials and sales strategies
  • Conduct research on potential leads, industries and competitors

Requirements:

  • Entry Level (1-2 Years Experience)
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and the sales funnel.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, AEs, SEs and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless experience for clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Skill in persistence, should be able to handle rejection and keep pushing forward in their outreach efforts.
