Snow Plow Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. This position requires a commitment to quality work and the ability to operate various equipment effectively. If interested, this could lead to a fulltime position.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow trucks and other equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluid levels, changing filters, and ensuring all parts are functioning properly.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions to ensure timely snow removal.
• Use hand tools and power tools for tasks related to snow removal and groundskeeping as needed.
• Assist with lawn care, landscaping, tree trimming, and building projects during alternate-season periods or as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery or performing manual tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule during winter months.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
