What You’ll Do
- Operate complex fluid processing systems like pasteurizers, ultra-filtration, micro-filtration, and evaporators
- Monitor product quality, including temperature, composition, and other physical/chemical properties
- Keep detailed records and perform daily equipment sanitation
- Troubleshoot equipment and work efficiently in tight or confined spaces
- Support quality assurance and safety protocols at all times
- Understand and support the full production process from raw product to finished goods
- Experience with fluid processing or mechanical systems a plus
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow strict safety and GMP procedures
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in confined spaces when needed
- A team player ready to make an impact every shift
