Job description: Grasso Associates is a full service Independent Insurance agency that is located in Hamden, CT. We are looking for a Personal Lines CSR. Full or Part Time.
Must be P&C licensed. Experience required.
Insurance Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
- Quoting and writing new business for all lines of personal insurance
- Answering incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Insurance Customer Service Representative skills:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communications
Must be P&C licensed. Experience required.
