Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Gravity Global Sprint team and manage client relationships and projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that meet the client's business objectives and marketing needs and overseeing the delivery of high-quality work across multiple channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry.
  • Work with the team to plan and direct programs that align with the client's promotional and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Development Team, to create and present strategic plans and proposals.
  • Manage website development projects from inception to launch, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure all agency work supports the brand strategy and meets the client's business objectives.
  • Develop, deliver, and monitor the execution of multi-channel plans, including digital (email, landing page, banners, apps) and traditional materials (i.e., printed materials and POP).
  • Analyze program results and provide recommendations for improvement based on critical metrics and benchmarks.
  • Establish budgets and timelines for each project and ensure they are followed throughout the workflow process.
  • Own the cross-functional resources of the agency and provide significant insights and feedback as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of advertising agency experience or brand management experience.
  • Strong experience in website development, project management, and digital media.
  • Experience developing value proposition, messaging strategy, research plans, and integrated campaigns (digital, direct, print ads, sales support/collateral, etc.).
  • Experience in crafting digital and email campaigns and working with digital media planners.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring success metrics and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Ability to think strategically but execute the daily needs of the account.
  • Ability to shift gears to respond to the extremes of "get it done yesterday" and "do it right for the long term.”
  • Ability to work efficiently and simultaneously at both strategic and tactical execution levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills who demonstrate insight and dedication to the client and the agency team.
  • Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while leading multiple work streams and demands.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • High-level fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Experience using Asana project management system is a plus.
