SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Communicating with others in a friendly and effective manner.
* Resolving customer issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner.
* Listening to others, understanding and showing empathy.
* Paying attention to detail and having strong organizational skills.
* Dealing with numbers and basic mathematical operations.
* Understanding basic use of computer (Words, Excel) and operating office equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
WHAT DOES THIS POSITION ENTAIL?
This position has three main components:
- Customer Service: responsible for answering and routing calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries from prospective customers and clients.
- Sales: responsible for acquiring new accounts and cross selling within current clients.
- Administration: responsible for entering data in computer system, preparing reports for management.

HOW IS THE WORK SCHEDULE? (approximately)
Full Time
Monday through Friday: afternoon shift 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM
COMPENSATION:
Entry level position - Compensation to be determined based upon educational background and experience. (base salary between $14.00 & $18.00). Benefits apply to full time employees after ninety day trial period.
