What You’ll Do…

• Ensure the consistent execution of service standards
• Cultivate friendships and loyalty within the Gravity Haus community
• Assess, optimize, and manage room blocking, guest requests, bedding needs
• Check in and check out protocols with usage of the PMS system 
• Daily use of Alice software to connect with guests and report maintenance issues
• Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience. 
• Make keys, assist with guest room orientation and property orientation
• Educate guests on our Gravity Haus Membership benefits
• Provide anticipatory guest service to ensure a comfortable stay
• Address any guest concerns, engineering emergencies and follow appropriate phone tree communication if needed
• Reply to reservations inquiries from direct guests and partners. 
• Collectively work towards driving revenue across the Gravity Haus family. 
• Be a bridge between engineering, housekeeping, all operations and front desk
• Resolve guest billing issues and concerns
• Participate in company meetings and communicate on the intercompany Slack channels. 
• Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision. 
• Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude. Ensure all arrivals have been checked-in and night audit process is followed
• Ensure that the Guest request log, welcome call log, and complaint log are completed and followed up.
• Look at inventory and shift the room inventory if necessary.  Ensure all rooms are blocked for the next two days.
• Ensure all registration cards have signatures, credit cards on file , and are completed as necessary.
• Review and execute the night audit checklist
• Ensure all rooms are filed under the correct room number and name.
• Ensure bucket checks are done at least once per shift and all problems remedied before shift end.
• Ensure emergency reports are printed and filed correctly. 
• Deliver amenities, luggage assist, maintenance duties
• Responsible for handling a cash bank, signing in and out.
• Must follow division resort grooming standards

Education and Experience…

• 1 plus year of front desk experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent degree

Physical Requirements…

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
