Agronomy Department Team member

• Assist Department manager in inventory control
• Operate and maintain farm machinery such as sprayers and application equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct equipment repairs using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic maintenance procedures
• mix and load liquid and dry fertilizers and pesticides
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory, equipment maintenance logs

• Supervising experience in agricultural or farm settings preferred
• Mechanical knowledge related to application machinery repair and maintenance required
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other power tools safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to inventory and mixing

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
