As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face behind our famous cookie creations. From baking and decorating to helping customers find their new favorite treat, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences.
Mostly weekdays and some weekends as needed. Store hours: Monday-Thursday 11-7, Friday and Saturday 10-8 and Sunday 12-6. Shift starts a half hour before opening. Time off requests will be honored if given in advance.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Decorate cookies and cakes using fun and creative designs
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare ingredients and bake delicious cookies and treats
- Keep our store clean, welcoming, and organized
- Jump into different tasks and support your team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- You have basic artistic skills and neat cursive writing
- Friendly, outgoing, and love working with people
- Great at multitasking and staying organized
- Detail-oriented and enjoy creating beautiful (and tasty) things
- A team player who’s ready to pitch in wherever needed
- Experience in retail, food service, or cake decorating is a bonus—but not required!
