- Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on electrical/mechanical control systems, electronics, and automated equipment.
- Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, spare parts inventories, and repair logs for assembly equipment and tooling.
- Assist with daily inspections, verification, and maintenance of equipment and tooling.
- Support operator training and daily operations of machinery, including Dek Horizon screen printers, Juki RX-6/RS-1 placement machines, Koh Young SPI/AOI systems, and Heller reflow ovens.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in all assigned duties necessary to support overall team and company objectives.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Required: High school diploma; college credit or associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a machine or equipment technician in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using small hand tools and troubleshooting tools such as voltage, amp, or multi-meters.
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting and equipment installation.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office; CAD experience highly recommended.
- Experience designing and fabricating tooling is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and math proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
Work Environment:
- Typical manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present.
- Security investigations may be required for access to classified areas or information.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- 40 hours per week minimum required, with occasional overtime.
- Some tasks may require sitting for extended periods.
