What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and support to Salon Managers across your assigned locations
- Monitor salon performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Coach, train, and develop management teams to reach their full potential
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence
- Collaborate with franchise leadership to meet company goals
- Recruit and onboard new talent as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Multi-unit management experience in retail, salon, or service industry
- A valid cosmetology or barber license
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals and developing teams
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel between salon locations within your area
