Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Call Center Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
We are seeking FULL TIME – DAYS, EVENINGS & WEEKENDS paying up to $16 hourly BONUSES !!

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls and inbound inquiries to identify their needs and promote our products/services effectively.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly quotas and performance metrics.
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to prospects.
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and effective communication to maximize conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices, contribute to a positive team environment, and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales-focused call center environment or a similar sales role. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and achieving high performance.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-pressure environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales training or certifications are a plus.
