The Great Falls Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a professional, outgoing and organized individual to join our team in the role of Guest Service Representative. This successful candidate will have high energy with the ability to multi-task, and enjoy building relationships with our clients. They must also have excellent guest focus and strong computer skills.
As Guest Service Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, ensuring guest satisfaction starting at check in and continuing throughout the stay, creating reservations in person and over the phone, responding to guest requests and inquiries, and general office duties.
Applicants for this position must:
- Have excellent "people skills"
- Be well versed in our local Great Falls community
- Maintain a valid MT Driver’s license
- Be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
