Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) is a community health center umbrella made up of 33 locations throughout the Great Lakes Bay region and beyond. All locations are set up to serve underserved populations by providing comprehensive health care, including behavioral health, dental, medical, and many more! The Maintenance Technician Position:
The Maintenance Technician assists in the care, maintenance, and improvement of all GLBHC properties and facilities. Perform general and specific inspections of facilities and properties, make assessments, and formulate a maintenance action plan. Reconfigure building workspace to accommodate user needs and maximize office space. Repair or replace defective parts or equipment using appropriate tools and processes. Provide meeting room set up specific to various GLBHC locations and associated meeting rooms.
Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- High School graduate or equivalent. Appropriate post-graduate courses/classes in the maintenance of facilities.
- Chauffeur’s Driver License.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in building maintenance, facilities, skilled trades, and/or equivalent.

This position includes a competitive salary structure, based on skills and experience, and a comprehensive benefit and retirement package. The position(s) is based in Saginaw and Bridgeport locations.
