What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loon Loft - Retail Associate position at Great Lakes Loons?
The Loon Loft Retail Associate will promote and strengthen the Great Lakes Loons brand values of fun, family entertainment, service excellence, and quality in all actions. Serve guests by showing high standards of guest service at all times thus providing a helpful and friendly environment which will maximizing sales while supporting the guest experience.
Essential Functions:
Sell and promote retail merchandise to guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Comfortability learning and using new sales software/platforms. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task which can include maintaining and replenishing merchandise to sales floor. Applicant must also be willing to assist in cleanup of store after each game. Must be willing to learn about inventory system and able to organize and count merchandise as needed.
Loon's Expectations:
Qualified candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individuals that truly enjoy having FUN. Must be able to work flexible hours including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours. You will have the responsibility of working safely at all times.
Physical Demands:
Ability to withstand outdoor elements: heat or cold as well as being on your feet for extended periods of time possibly in one spot (minimum of 5 hours). Elevated noise levels are to be expected. Must be able to do the following: climb stairs, carry/lift up to 50 pounds, and push up to 150 pounds.
Qualifications:
Prior retail sales or merchandising experience is preferred
