We’re looking for a driven, hard-working, energetic Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. This hourly position is full time, Monday-Friday.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the sales team for Great Scott Tree Care the Administrative Support Assistant is classified under the Fair Labor Standards Act, (FLSA), as a in office non-exempt position.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Effective oral and written communication and customer service skills
· Meet Deadlines and make sure Queue is up to date
· Ability to Multitask, plan and organize work load
· Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
· Ability to work accurately, and independently in a fast paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create RFPS, make travelers
· Create Paint.net maps
· Answer client calls
· Create Board packets
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for assigned Arborist
· Set up V-Cards for Arborist
· Update TrimIT with Contact changes
· Communicate with Area Supervisors, Crew Leaders, Office Staff and City Officials
· Interact and communicate in a professional manner with Office & Field Staff by telephone and/or email
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
