We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.Responsibilities:Handle all clinical administrative duties in a timely mannerPerform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff including EKG's, vaccinations, ear lavages, phlebotomy and spirometry.Communicate with insurance companies for drug authorizations and pre-certifying testing.Escort patients to exam rooms Qualifications: 2 years previous experience working as a Certified Medical Assistant.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a close work setting.Strong organizational skillsEHR experience.The ability to multi-task.Desire to work closely with the physicians and patients in a patient-centric environment.
