Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met.
- Develop and implement menus, taking into account seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Address any kitchen-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
