What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Services Coordinator position at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC)?
Under minimal supervision, coordinates office operations and performs a variety of complex administrative management activities in support of Volunteer Services, including the supervision of office volunteers. Assists the Volunteer Services Director with the recruitment, onboarding and placement of volunteers throughout the organization. Assists members of the Volunteer Services team in retail locations as needed.

Bachelor's degree; equivalent professional experience also accepted

Experience :
Minimum of 1 to 3 years in volunteer management or similar role; 1-year supervisory experience

Pay Range
48,906.24 - $75,804.67
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
