We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance & Facilities Support team member to assist with light repairs, cleaning, and room setup in a well-maintained business environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and functional, and works well with a friendly team. Clean, take garbage out, and maintain restrooms, common areas, and meeting spaces, maintain exterior areas, including cleaning the parking lot and entrances, perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing light bulbs and basic fixes. Set up and break down meeting rooms for meetings and events ranging from 20 to 100 attendees, including: banquet style, U-shaped setup, theater and classroom style. Move tables, and chairs as needed.
