Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to adults recovering from mental illness.
- Fill in for the Program Supervisor in his/her absence
- Assist in the supervision of residence counselors
- Assist with staff meetings and case conferences
- Comply with program practices and procedures
- Attend meetings or events as directed
- Maintain an effective working relationship with other community agencies, organizations, groups and/or individuals
- Order inventory and supplies
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation
- Completion of Greater Mental Health or state-sponsored In-Service Training Programs.
- Other Duties as assigned
- BA/BS Degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year experience as a Residence Counselor in a comparable program or AA degree in Human Services or related field with 3 years’ experience as above or High School Diploma with 5 years related experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations recovering from mental illness preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Must obtain and maintain Defensive Driver Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain pre-employment clearances by applicable regulatory clearances as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
