What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Associate position at Greater Nashua Mental Health?
We have a full-time opportunity for an Access Associate to join our non-profit community mental health center!
This position assumes responsibility for all facets of front desk operations, including greeting and registering clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical and other duties as assigned. Up check-in, the Access Associate confirms and updates all demographic and insurance information into the EMR for all clients and collects any copayments and/or payments due. The Access Associate is responsible for managing the waiting room and overall client flow to ensure clients are attended to quickly and with respect.
Minimum hiring requirements include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent along with 1-2 years of related work experience. Candidates must be self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
