What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Interventional Specialist position at Greater Omaha Packing Co., Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Observe and document patients' progress, reactions, and treatment responses. Communicate this information to OHS Manager when needed to assist in evaluating treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
- Implement treatment plans at the first aid level, such as various therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Educate patients about treatment techniques, exercises, and home programs. Provide instructions on proper body mechanics, assistive device usage, and strategies to enhance self-care and functional independence.
- Document and communicate patients' responses to treatment, including progress or changes in functional abilities, pain levels, and mobility. They regularly report patient updates to the plant nurse and assist in modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Arranging and setting up equipment and ensuring their cleanliness and functionality. They may also maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Continuously monitor manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows to identify any deviations, abnormalities, or potential bottlenecks.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems that arise during the manufacturing process. This may involve analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess potential risks and hazards in the manufacturing process and develop strategies to mitigate or prevent them. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, supervisors, HR, training, and quality control personnel, to ensure effective communication and coordination in addressing manufacturing issues. Maintain professional communication with all support departments throughout Greater Omaha.
- Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on best practices, process improvements, and quality control measures to enhance their skills and knowledge, including hazardous assessments, job descriptions, and ergo and time studies.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing plant performance, issues, and improvement.
Salary : $43,500 - $55,000
