What are the responsibilities and job description for the YMCA Food Program assistant position at Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA?
We are looking for an individual to help the cook prepare meals following a menu and to assist in the clean up of the kitchen, including washing dishes and possibly delivering meals to remote sites.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with program cook to execute meal preparation.
- Washing dishes
- Following Health Department, DPW, Dept. of Education regulations
- Receiving food orders, putting away shipments and rotating product
- Delivering meals
- Act as a substitute for cook.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
