Job Description
Position Basics:
- Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30p.
- Some nights and weekends as needed.
- Hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do as our Systems Administrator:
- Serves as initial contact for Network Support, including but not limited to network hardware/software, VoIP telephony and off-site disaster recovery systems.
- Responsible for physical and virtual server maintenance and upgrades as needed.
- Setup/install workstations as needed.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance.
- Printer management.
- Address security issues and concerns discovered in vulnerability assessments, PEN testing, internal audits, and NCUA examinations. Maintain and monitor security logs.
- Assist with preparation and implementation of long-term projects.
- Promote and adhere to network policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Responsible for renewing and maintaining digital certificates and domain names
- Complete compliance and career development training as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Required Technical Skills Include: VMWare and San Storage, Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls, MS Exchange, TCP/IP & VOIP
- Required Soft Skills Include: Verbal & Written Communication, Customer Service Orientation, Attention to Detail, Time Management
- Required Experience: 3-5 years progressive systems, network, or database administration
- Required Education: HS Diploma/GED
