We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a servant's heart to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices to our underserved population. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have to work closely with other healthcare professionals, so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are important.
This role involves providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating patients, and performing various medical procedures.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Manage patient care in family medicine office settings, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
- Valid Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- Proficiency in medication administration.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for effective medical documentation.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) is preferred.

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
