Job Description:

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products to customers through thorough planning and ongoing monitoring of driver performance, equipment condition, and business volume. Key responsibilities include:

• Closely monitoring driver performance using available technology
• Maintaining detailed records of driver pay, equipment maintenance, and equipment performance
• Reviewing driver logs and paperwork to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Coordinating all driver observations relative to safe operations and accurate delivery procedures

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma/GED
• ~4-8 years of transportation experience or a 4-year degree plus 4 years of transportation supervisory experience

Salary : $62,500 - $87,500
